I brought existing content over from a blogware a while back. Now I'm almost ready to go live, but I need to bring over a handful of additional comments that have been made since I exported content. Is there a way to do this?

I don't want to reexport all content as I've made too many changes to it on the wordpress platform.

In addition, the comments that did come over with the original migration now show up as 'anonymous'. Is there anything I can do to fix that? There aren't many, and I'd be ok with editing manually if I need to. Thanks.

I have decided to create these manually. Is there a way I can control the date? I would like to keep the original date in place. I don't see a way in the user interface; possibly a database edit?

There is nothing you can do beyond going back to the original Blogware site and copying the information there and pasting it into the Wordpress control panel.

Yes, editing it manually from within the control panel is your only option.

It's in there in the control panel. When you edit a comment, you can scroll down to the Advanced area and you will see the Edit time area.
