   I am using the video tutorial called "How to Manage a MySQL Database Using phpMyAdmin"...when I click on the icon that says "DBWebAdmin", according to the video I should go to phpmyadmin, but nothing happens.

   Any ideas?

   Does your browser permit new windows to be opened? That's probably it...
